EJR Leadership
Inspired by the legacies of Ernestine Eckstein, Marsha P. Johnson, and Bayard Rustin, the EJR Institute is committed to fostering leadership skills and driving change across professional and societal spheres.
Currently in its first phase, the program is still in development. While we’ve begun hosting networking events, we recognize the need for additional funding and partnerships to fully build out the Institute’s vision. Our goal is to honor the legacy of past queer leaders by equipping the next generation of Black queer individuals to lead boldly and shape a more just and equitable future.
