The Giving Out Loud Brunch will be the official launch of our new initiative V.O.C.A.L. (Visibility, Opportunities, Community, Access, & Loving Relationships). V.O.C.A.L. will create space for a consortium of black trans and gender non-conforming individuals using research to inform fresh ideas and strategic initiatives that intervene on an array of complex issues, specifically in Middle Tennessee. We will also honor 3 local transgender and gender non-conforming individuals who have made great strides in advancing the cause for this community.
Our goal for the Giving Out Loud Brunch is to raise $10,000.

Mindful MashUp Self Care Sunday: Grounding Breath Work & Restorative Yoga Offering

Mindful Mashup Transformation Group
Mindful MashUp programming is designed and facilitated by a licensed mental health therapist and certified yoga instructor seeking to effectively attend to smoking cessation through intentionally focused mindful practices. Adult participants 18 and older will be treated in a safe, secure, and effective therapeutic environment in an effort to support their self-identified goals of group engagement. Interactive exercises will be offered as a method to attend to adverse behaviors, anxiety, stress, and depression and help sustain momentum towards positive outcomes. Mindful practices are designed to improve participants' coping skills and overall quality of life through progressive intervention implementation.
