About the Event
Join the family for our annual hike and swim at Commons Falls State Park as we celebrate our freedom in nature.
Time in nature gives us space, to pause, breath and reflect. Water remembers, it witnesses, and it transforms. Come for the waterfall, stay for the energy exchange.
The park is about 1.5 hours drive from Nashville. We'll be outdoors from 9am-3pm. pack your lunch, bring plenty of water, and come prepared for a scenic 1.5 mile hike that includes rocky river crossings and moderate elevated changes.
A $7.68 permit is required to access the falls. Permits must be purchased/reserved in advance.
