Our Summer of Care continues with Integrated Yoga with Shabaz! This event is 21+
BYOB (bring your own blunt, bowl, bong, ect). Whispers of Nature 615 will be there selling pre-rolls!!!

7:00 - 7:30 The Roll Up (fellowship)
7:30 - 8:30 Yoga Flow
8:30 - 10:00 Groove Session
